Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Human Resources Assistant will assist with tasks associated with the hiring process, to include: creating job postings and application links, generating offer letters, initiating background checks, monitoring onboarding tasks and answering general inquiries from hiring managers and applicants.
Qualifications: Candidates must be responsible, professional-minded and comfortable handling confidential information. Coursework in Human Resources and/or Business Management is preferred.
Education:
- Minimum: High school diploma, some college
- Preferred: Management/Business Administration/Human Resources, Humanities & Social Sciences/Human Resource Development
Graduation Date Range: December 2024 - May 2025
