The HRSS Specialist is responsible for executing already developed HRSS processes to support HRSS's HR clients; assisting in the design and testing of new processes; .
HR functions that are or may supported by the HRSS include:
- Personnel Administration
- Handles all day-to-day communication with the HR requestor who submits a ticket, clarifying any issues that arise, requesting additional information, as necessary, and keeping the requestor apprised of the status of the ticket.
- Logs any issues or suggestions for improvements to processes in the recordkeeping system established in the HRSS for doing so.
- Checks the HRSS Mailbox on a regular basis to get any emails related to tickets he/she is handling and responds, when able, to routine inquiries that do not correspond to a specific ticket.
- Maintains a dashboard in Salesforce to monitor his/her own performance on ticket processing. Salesforce/Remedy ticket knowledge/experience preferred PeopleSoft knowledge/experience preferred
