Summary
Compiles and maintains personnel records by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Records employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason.
- Updates employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses.
- Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
- Ensure employee electronic files are accurate and updated, and assist with HR reporting and audit requests.
- Assist with the creation of, documentation, and implementation of Human Resources policies, programs, and processes.
- Provide support to the HR team and deliver core HR services to the workforce.
- Support the recruitment team with staffing-related support activities.
- Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports.
- Process expense reports.
- Assists HR staff in payroll processing.
- Compiles and maintains records for use in employee benefits administration.
- Prepares and files reports of accidents and injuries at establishment.
- Handles facility mail processing.
- Assist with planning of CCF events.

Education and/or Experience
Six to twelve months Administrative/Human Resources related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
This is a full-time, on site position.
