Full Time: Monday-FridaySalary: $47,000.00 - $51,000.00 per yearBenefits403b Retirement Plan with a 50% match!Cigna Health Care Plan No Deductible!Delta DentalVSP Vision PlanShort-term disability, Long-Term disability and Life Insurance Fully paid by CrossroadsEmployee Assistance ProgramTuition ReimbursementPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Personal & Holidays)Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of related HR/Recruiting and admin experience.Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed and other sourcesKnowledge of ADP system is a plusKnowledge of the recruiting processMaintain employee confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.Must be detail oriented and work well in a fast-paced environment.The verbal communication skills to communicate with a diverse applicant group.The written communication skills to produce succinct correspondence and reports.Must possess strong interpersonal skills.Strong work ethic in a mission-based organization.Strong computer proficiency: strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPointJob Summary: Under general supervision of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Assistant performs a variety of administrative duties relating to personnel functions and programs.Main ResponsibilitiesMaintain current HR files, including personnel, payroll, and benefits records.Maintains HRIS system and compiles reportsMaintain up to date I-9, CORI and MVR recordsRecord expiration dates for CPR and First Aid certifications in HRIS.Track policy acknowledgments and performance evaluations in HRIS.Administrative and clerical tasks such as scanning, printing, preparing emails, letters, arranging meetings and other support duties as assignedManage the Service Awards program and staff IDsAsist in areas of recruitment and onboarding
