We are seeking a Human Resources Assistantto join our team in recruiting and developing new hires!
Duties:
- Create and publish job ads on various sites and update our careers page(s).
- Review all incoming resumes, track progress, and notate objective thoughts in Monday.com (or other ATS).
- Manage the company's career pages on our website and social media platforms (including Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Post new content to all sites at least once a week.
- Engage current employees to periodically post reviews and share items to the pages.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
- Conduct phone screens of potential hires to create shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Administer Predictive Index assessments and arrange for management interviews for selected candidates.
- Work with management to create offer emails to candidates.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
- Initiate, and assist with, onboarding process.
- Distribute and measure the results of new hire experience surveys.
- Monitor trends in successful hires in regard to sourcing, onboarding experience, and more.
- Understand all offices, divisions, departments, and positions of the company.
- Firm understanding of the company's policies and procedures, handbook, benefits, etc.
- Act as company and department liaison in various locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related field, preferred.
- Experience working in an office setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, initiative, and tact when dealing with hiring managers and candidates.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented.
