Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and concerns
- Assist with performance management processes, including employee evaluations and goal setting
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR databases
- Assist with HR projects, such as implementing new HR systems or processes
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Skills:
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft or similar HRIS software
- Experience with Paylocity or other payroll software
- Knowledge of HR sourcing strategies and techniques
- Strong conflict management skills to resolve employee issues effectively
- Ability to conduct employee evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices
- Project management skills to effectively manage HR initiatives
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Familiarity with Dayforce or other workforce management software

Pay: $28.71 - $31.61 per hour
