Job Description
General Summary: This position is responsible for assisting in the administration of human resource policies, programs, and practices for all associates with an emphasis on benefits.
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company’s wellness initiatives
- Process companywide benefit reimbursements for eligible soft benefits
- Generate companywide announcements including but not limited to new mothers, open enrollment changes, benefit plan changes, etc.
- Assists all employees with general benefit questions including enrollments/changes
- Uphold the confidentiality of each employee’s benefit documentation
- Introduce and monitor all soft benefits
- Provide clerical support as needed
- Special Projects
- Other duties may be assigned.
Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years experience preferred
Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $24/hr - $26/hr. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate’s skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
