Looking for part time REMOTE work that can be done after hours or during nap time? Interested in Human Resources and getting in on the ground floor of an expanding Marketing and Recruitment business? This position is for you!
Responsibilities:- Work closely with our Recruitment Specialist to maintain accurate and up to date information on all applicants within our database- DAILY screening of new candidates and building files with all necessary documents- Assist with scheduling candidates for interviews across multiple time zones- Support the HR team in conducting reference and background checks- Communicate effectively and create priority lists for HR personnel- Available for (up to) two 30 minute meetings per week with Recruiter and ability to respond to inquiries quickly
Skills:- Proficiency in Google Drive and Excel - HIGHLY organized with strong attention to detail and confidentiality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal- Ability to quickly respond to inquiries from HR personnel - 1+ years in Administrative and/or Management role a PLUS - Current student pursuing degree in related field a PLUS - Ability to learn new skills in a fast paced environment
Hours: Starting at 15-20 per week
Pay: Starting at $14 per hour
