We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The Human Resources Assistant will assist with various HR functions and provide administrative support to the management team department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in HR and gain valuable experience or for a person with HR experience whom is only available to work part time hours.
```Duties```
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and interviewing candidates.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Assist with employee orientation and training programs.
- Support management with performance and evaluation processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing assistance with documentation.
- Support management with documenting employee disciplinary actions.
- Assist in coordinating employee events and recognition programs.
- Assist with other HR projects as assigned.
```Qualifications```
- Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
