We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources for our multi-unit operation, which includes approximately 200-250 employees across various locations. Additionally, you will lead our Talent Acquisition and recruiting efforts, focusing on sourcing and attracting top talent in the spa industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee all HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
• Lead the recruitment efforts for various positions including massage therapists, estheticians, sales consultants, leadership team members, elite service specialists, and housekeeping team members.
• Build and maintain relationships with local schools and educational institutions to attract new talent and foster partnerships.
• Develop and maintain recruiting metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
• Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to employment and labor laws.
• Serve as a resource and advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues.
• Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience in the spa industry is highly desired.
• Proven track record of success in Talent Acquisition and recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for building and nurturing a positive work culture.

Bonus Eligibility:
The Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Director will be eligible for an end-of-year bonus based on recruiting accomplishments and overall performance.
