YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a HR Analyst to support our growing Wingstop team! A big part of this role will include managing the integrity of HR data across systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy, performing total rewards benchmarking, and managing reporting for all HR metrics.

Additionally, you will play a significant role in the on-going development and support of our current HR systems, evaluating gaps in processes, and recommending smart solutions aligned with our overall business objectives and vision.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare reporting around our people data from our HRIS (ADP), analyze data and statistics for reporting on trends and patterns pertaining to recruitment, hiring practices, turnover and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Perform compensation analysis on specific roles using both internal and external data to make recommendations.
  • Determines employee benefit practices by benchmarking best practices, researching industry and employment trends, and tracking legislation.

  • Analyze, review, and ensure vendors are providing accurate reporting data for the monthly premium billing reports and data tracking.
  • Partner with communications team to assist with development of communications for benefit programs, procedures, and disclosures.
  • Set up and manage data integrity and auditing procedures within the HRIS system.
  • Extensive reporting of people metrics that help drive business decisions. Must have strong business deck creation skills.
  • Proactively provides reporting to key stakeholders and executive level leadership.
  • Participates in external meetings/conferences to identify new compensation and benefit trends.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate new HR processes.
  • Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to increase efficiency and improve user experience with the system.
  • Recommend system administration policies including managing the end-user experience and necessary training.
  • Participate in SOX Audit for compliance.
  • Strong ad hoc reporting and excel skills required.

HUMBLE: You believe there is always opportunity to further your personal and professional growth. You possess 3+ years in HRIS with hands-on experience with the following systems: ADP Workforce Now, People Matter, Indeed, Linkedin. Experience with Oracle or Workday a plus.
