Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, data collection, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of HR processes and procedures. Duties: - Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating new hire orientations - Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality - Assist with employee evaluation and performance management processes - Provide support for HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and training programs - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations - Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with policy development - Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict management and resolution - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations - Utilize HR software systems such as ADP, Dayforce, and PeopleSoft to input and maintain employee data Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field - Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using HR software systems such as ADP, Dayforce, or PeopleSoft - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including OSHA compliance - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion We offer competitive compensation packages along with benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
