This is a full-time, direct-hire role.
Human Resource Specialist Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage recruitment processes
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of staff
- Payroll Administration
- Record-keeping of confidential documents
- Administering benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% on-site)
Human Resource Specialist Requirements:
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
- Microsoft Office suite experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Pay: $65,000 - $70,000
