Responsibilities:
Responding to Inquiries:
- Engage with managers and employees to address their queries promptly and effectively.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Flexibility and Prioritization:
- Adapt to changing priorities and re-prioritize tasks as needed.
- Ensure critical HR matters receive immediate attention.
Travel and Adaptability:
- Be open to travel as required to other locations.
- Adjust your daily agenda to accommodate organizational needs.
Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Foster a positive work environment.
Employee Relations and Compliance:
- Handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
HRIS Updates:
- Maintain accurate records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Keep track of employee data, benefits, and performance metrics.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new employees, coordinating orientation sessions, paperwork, and providing support throughout the onboarding process.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, identifying areas for improvement and retention strategies.
- Assist with recruitment efforts as needed, collaborating with hiring managers and external partners.
Performance Reviews and Follow-Up:
- Coordinate and track probationary and milestone reviews for employees, ensuring timely completion and documentation. R
- Regularly touch base with new hires and their managers, addressing any concerns or challenges they may face.
Qualifications:
- Education: No degree requirement, but HR-related certifications (HR, CCP, or SHRM) are a plus.
- Experience: Solid background in corporate HR.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
