Human Resources Manager
All States Ag Parts continues to grow and are adding to the Human Resource Department! The Human Resources Manager position will touch on all aspects of Human Resources and will support managers and employees across many states. Excellent opportunity to grow and learn with a great company!
- Manage Human Resource Department of 4 onsite
- Support Human Resource Director
- Manage companywide education
- Manage performance review process
- Maintain handbook and creation of new policies as needed/required
- Assist and Manage HR Team with daily work and project work which may include the following:
- Onboarding for newly hired employees
- Assist managers with onboarding where needed
- Payroll related tasks and projects (multiple payrolls)
- HR related tasks and projects
- Maintaining employee files
- Maintaining job descriptions
- Administrative responsibilities
- Recruitment through social media across US divisions
Required skills:
- Previous experience in supervising employees
- Previous experience working in a Human Resources support role
- Desired experience with ADP WorkForce Now platform
- Strong attention to detail and Excel skills
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to maintain and update confidential records
- Ability to use tact and good judgment in dealing with employees, vendors, and customers
- College degree/certificate; or two to four years related experience or equivalent combination
