We are looking for the perfect addition to our amazing HR team at StatLab. This individual will be a rockstar at excel, hopefully have some compensation background, have the ability to work with the Professional population of our Company. This is a hybrid role (after training is completed), working from our McKinney office at least 3 days a week.
- Deliver HR services as a seamless point of for employees and managers for assigned area.
- Collaborate with management to determine recruitment and retention strategies and programs.
- Actively lead the recruiting process for positions in accordance with company policies for assigned areas.
- Partner with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Assist with compensation analysis.
- Conduct employee investigation as needed.
- Provide coaching and guidance to leadership and employees regarding employment issues, including but not limited to: policy and procedure, interpretation/application, performance management, corrective action, internal investigations and separations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This is a salary/exempt role: Pay Range $72,000-$85,000 annual plus 5% bonus potential annually.

Required- Intermediate Excel Skills
- 5 year(s): Direct Human Resource Generalist expereince
- 3 year(s): Direct recent recruiting expereince
Education
Preferred- Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field
