YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a Human Resource Director that can make an impact by providing thought leadership on driving team member engagement, building company culture, recruiting and developing top talent. The Human Resource Director will also lead our Talent Acquisition efforts to ensure that we are attracting and hiring a diverse, engaged workforce that aligns with our values and the Wingstop Way. The ideal candidate will be able to move fast, navigate ambiguity, build strong relationships across multiple teams, and execute effectively which will ultimately impact the revenue and profitability of the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide Leadership to the HR team that fosters collaboration, transparency, and clarity through our core values.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support Wingstop's values, vision, and goals. Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead the full talent cycle including performance management, talent reviews, and career development planning with a global mindset
- Oversee daily HR operations including leading Field and GSC HR.
- Develops and grows team members through coaching, mentoring and career planning
- Drive the talent strategy and decision-making process for all talent needs of the organization.
- Proactively Identifies current and future talent needs that align with short and long-term organizational strategies and goals
- Proactively leads facilitation and support leadership pipeline discussions (gap analysis, high-potential identification & development, succession planning, etc.) aimed at developing future leaders
- Serve as a strategic advisor and change agent related to business initiatives
- Coach leaders to manage and maximize the skills/capabilities of their team members to maintain a high-performance culture
- Drive and nurture a culture that fosters a progress-driven mindset, a culture focused on values, and a workforce that is incredibly talented and engaged
- Build and foster healthy relationships and effectively communicate with key leaders
- Be up-to-date and able to adapt to current HR trends
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop and execute competitive compensation and benefits strategies to attract, retain, and accelerate growth. Stay informed about market trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Create, interpret, and analyze HR & Talent metrics and data to assist in making appropriate business decisions and recommendations
WHO YOU ARE
HUMBLE: You feel there is always opportunity to further your personal and professional growth. You have prior management experience. You also have 7 plus years of progressively responsible and related experience in Human Resources including Talent Management, Learning and Development, Organization Design, compensation principles and change management. PHR, SPHR or other equivalent certification is preferred.

- Frequent use of a computer and other technology essential to the successful completion of your everyday role responsibilities, often in a seated position.
- Frequent use of mental energy while gathering, documenting, analyzing, and communicating information with cross-functional colleagues, vendors, and extended Wingstop team.
- Routine need to shift priorities among simultaneous projects, while upholding quality and sense of urgency.
