Job Description:
As a HubSpot Account Manager at Empeon, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of our HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure that HubSpot is effectively utilized to enhance our customer relationships and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Database Administration:
· Maintain and manage our HubSpot database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
· Segment and organize contact lists for targeted marketing and sales campaigns.
· Implement data hygiene practices to keep the database clean and up-to-date.
Workflow Creation:
· Create and optimize marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.
· Develop sales automation workflows to streamline lead management and sales processes.
· Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design and execute effective workflows.
Reporting and Analytics:
· Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
· Analyze data to identify trends and insights, making data-driven recommendations.
· Monitor the success of various marketing and sales activities and make adjustments as needed.
HubSpot Support:
· Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure proper utilization of HubSpot features and capabilities.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges related to HubSpot usage.
· Stay up-to-date with HubSpot updates and best practices to maximize the platform's potential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Proven experience with HubSpot administration and implementation.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and cleanliness.
HubSpot certifications (HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software) are a plus.
Experience with other CRM and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
