Duties Description:
Provide administrative, quality of Life, security, facilities, logistics and training services in support of the AFC HQ Support Battalion. Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

Duties Description:
Provide administrative, quality of Life, security, facilities, logistics and training services in support of the AFC HQ Support Battalion. Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to include assisting with military and civilian human capital programs and military pay and finance programs; operation of the AFC "Welcome Center" and conference space;
- Management of training requirements and platforms such as Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS), Digital Management Training System (DTMS) and Total Employee Development (TED);
- Assist with implementing and coordinating the Quality of Life and Resiliency Programs, including Army community service, morale and welfare, Army family team building, family advocacy, medical readiness, financial readiness, Soldier and family readiness group (SFGR) and substance abuse programs;
- Provide logistics support to include assisting with official mail distribution and management, equipment moves within and between HQ facilities, the Command supply discipline program, property accountability and inventory management, and Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) system coordination.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to company's AS9100 and QMS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Education/Skills:
- AA/AS from an accredited college or technical school;
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years direct, relevant experience with military HR and Quality of Life programs.
