We know a report is helpful, but an educator regarding the information is most valued.

Job Summary:

The primary role of the Case Management Support is to provide support to case managers by ensuring cases are maintained and organized through settlement. The Case Management Support position assists with communication between case managers and the clients.

Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Communicate with firms regarding case status.

· Maintain calendar and project management software.

· Notify appropriate case manager for any discrepancies.

· Depo and Trial Preparation

· Cover case managers as needed.

· Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

  • Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least two years of related experience in Case Management or as a Paralegal preferred.

Law office experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
