We are looking for a people oriented HRIS Workday Functional Analyst to join our team. The HRIS Workday Functional Analyst supports the execution of system set up and workflows across modules within Workday. These roles will partner with HR domain subject matter experts, customers, IT partners, and third parties to better understand and document detailed business requirements. The HRIS Workday Functional Analyst will lead in business processes mapping to identify current gaps and opportunity for Workday automation and standard work; apply technical expertise to enable these functional processes within Workday; and will be responsible for ensuring that configuration of Workday system settings, integrations and options meet functional business objectives.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday including design for business process configuration, security and administration related to one or more functional areas (e.g., HCM, Recruiting)
- Network across the different functional areas within HR and across the global team with the opportunity to provide input into new processes, procedures and training that will shape the way the team operates now and, in the future,
- Create short and long-term HR strategy alignment for recruiting
- Prepare test scripts; execute, conduct, and support user testing through rollout of new system functionality
- Provide application support such as incident triage, research application bugs, respond to customer escalations, scenario re-creation and document findings
- You will get to work on new Workday releases, including implementation and testing, for our global talent acquisition teams
- Partner with the Recruiting (SMEs) to test and implement new releases
- Provide technical support including system administration, configuration, and maintenance
- Additionally, partner with internal team members and vendors, to ensure the appropriate level of support is provided to end users
- Continuously interact with Workday Community to ensure you are aware of future enhancements and influence our internal technology roadmap
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years functional HR experience
- Exposure to Workday configuration (e.g., EIBs, Cloud Connect, Report Writer, Calculated Fields);
- Experience with Workday Recruiting module highly preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Visio
- Experience in process improvement and ability to drive efforts to standardize, optimize and simplify processes and technical solutions
- Excellent analytical, organizational and problem- solving skills, including data analysis
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and customers service skills with both technical and functional end- users
Pay Range: $63,540 - $112,960 Annual
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
