WE LOVE OUR WORK.
  • Provides customer service and technical support for enterprise-wide HR systems including core HR, talent acquisition, and learning.
  • Works both independently and collaboratively with team members, departments and vendors to complete tasks and projects, troubleshooting and problem resolution and reporting.
  • Assists in the review, testing, integration, training and implementation of HR systems, processes and functionality.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance and can identify and work to resolve potential issues.

  • Must have previous administrator-level experience with HR systems, including UltiPro/UKG (core HR) or other similar HCM systems. Preferred experience in:
  • iCIMS (talent acquisition)
  • SuccessFactors (learning, performance, talent)
  • Must have experience with report writing tools. Cognos experience preferred. Ability to generate reports utilizing multiple data sources.
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL server or other database utilities preferred.
  • Must be analytical, with the ability to generate, interpret, analyze and summarize large varieties and quantities of data.
  • Preferred experience working in systems in:
  • Human Resources, understanding the importance of data security and confidentiality
  • Gaming or other heavily regulated industry
  • An organization with 5,000+ employees, in multiple locations
  • Prior experience working on large-scale HR projects and initiatives such as software implementations or acquisitions.
  • Experience assisting in the review, testing, implementation and auditing of HRIS processes, functionality and projects such as system integrations and data uploads.
  • Logical, detail-oriented, critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills required. Ability to quickly adapt to change, learn new systems and analyze processes.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and independently with limited supervision in order to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Professional presentation and excellent communication skills required (written, verbal, technical and functional).
  • Must be dependable and have excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adjust to frequent changes.
  • Must have technical and working knowledge in Microsoft applications at least at an intermediate level (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
