Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for serving as a technical point of contact. Assists in ensuring data integrity by testing system changes, training of systems to internal and external customers, and creating reports The HRIS Coordinator also supports the compliance of HR forms, PTO, applicant tracking electronic onboarding, and other HR processes as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Audits, monitors, and maintains data integrity in Workday as well as other HR systems.
- Develops and maintains a variety of Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite) utilizing Workday Report Writer, as well as other organizational tools and available technologies.
- Collaborates with the HRIS team for back-end system administration.
- Resolves ticket requests for support; resets employee lockouts from HRIS System.
- Assists in testing, and reviewing of HRIS system changes/upgrades.
- Runs semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, and annual queries to analyze data to ensure data integrity.
- Provides support researching and resolving HRIS product defects, unexpected results, or process flaws; recommends solutions and/or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Completes SOX audits monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Performs data entry and EIB loads as needed for large data updates.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience with Workday Integrations, EIB, and Web Services (API).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with systems such as PeopleSoft, ADP, SuccessFactors, Jobvite, and Tableau is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, and/or a minimum of one (1) year equivalent work experience/training.

The base pay for this role is between $67,000 and $75,000 annually. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location. Benefits will be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial, and other benefits.
