ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Inputs data into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) modules including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, payroll, and verifies the accuracy of data through audits and report generation.
- Manage the tracking of incoming and outstanding employee forms and documentation and follows up with employee and/or manager to ensure receipt by HR.
- Reviews new hire, termination, and data change forms for accuracy.
- Participates in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades and patches.
- Prepares and assists with customized reports by selecting, analyzing, and summarizing internal HR data. Along with generation, maintenance, and distribution of reports.
- Performs personnel and training file audits as well as assists in the preparation of the organization for audit processes and accreditations.
- Updates and catalogs job descriptions, ensuring recent versions are stored on the department drive and reflect correctly in HRIS employee file.
- Supports the development of user procedures, guidelines and documents the process and its results.
- Actively contribute to the HR team goals and objectives by collaborating with team, sharing ideas, problem solving and identifying areas for improvement.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school graduate; B.A. preferred.
- 2 (two) years of HRIS experience and 2 (two) years of Human Resource experience working in fast paced office environment
- Proficient with Microsoft applications, specifically Excel
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of HRIS systems in multiple geographical locations.
- Experience with UKG & KRONOS required.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills, good problem solver and ability to initiate work and set priorities independently.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to relate professionally to the public and the Planned Parenthood staff.
