Could This Be For You?The HRIS Analyst III - Remote is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS), including the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.
Your Impact- Serve as the Project Coordinator for assigned HRIS projects and implementations. Functions as the liaison between various stakeholders, including Human Resources, Payroll, other departments, and outside vendors.
- Consults cross functional teams to evaluate business objectives and user needs. Translates business needs into clear requirements and identifies if they require modifications to existing ADP configuration or new design.
- Provides progress reports and coordinates meetings to inform management of system/process changes.
- Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of the business.
- Documents reporting needs; looks for opportunities to develop and streamline reporting; works with IT and end users to allow more self-service reporting; trains users as needed.
- Performs root cause analysis to trouble-shoot customer and system issues including error messages, login difficulties, access denials, data issues and process failures.
- Research and propose modifications to ensure data integrity and system stability.
- Understands and supports system integrations and data exchange processes.
- Sets up and modifies foundation data and configuration as needed.
- Performs audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Provides backup support for reporting requests as needed.

Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Administration, Human Resources; or commensurate experience
- Minimum of 5 years of HR related analyst experience
- Experience in ADP HR/payroll systems (e.g. ADP Vantage)
- Proficient in MS Excel
Preferred
- Experience configuring time and attendance systems (e.g. ADP eTime)
- Experience with other HRIS applications such as Oracle, SAP or Workday
- Advanced MS Excel skills

Pay range of $80,000 to $100,000 + annual bonus: up to 8% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
