WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Works closely with the Total Rewards and HR teams to support the organization's human resources information system (HRIS) and ensure it is effective and efficient. Includes conducting regular audits and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, as well as implementing new systems and processes as needed. Responsible for providing technical support and training to users of the HRIS, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR data. Requires a strong background in HRIS, with experience implementing and managing these systems. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are needed to accurately analyze and interpret HR data.
WHAT IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE:
  • Objective 1 - HRIS Management:
    • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
    • Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with IT and other stakeholders.
    • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and new functionalities.
    • Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures.
    • Ensure timely and accurate data entry and resolve any discrepancies.
    • Generate and analyze HRIS reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Objective 2 - User Support and Training:
    • Provide user support for HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
    • Conduct training sessions for HR and other users on system functionalities and best practices.
    • Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
  • Objective 3 - Integration and Interface:
    • Collaborate with IT to integrate HRIS with other business systems.
    • Manage interfaces between HRIS and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Objective 4 - Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR processes.
    • Work with stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance system efficiency.
  • Objective 5 - Project Management:
    • - Lead HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
    • - Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HRIS management, with a strong understanding of HR processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS platforms and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Experience with popular HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools for reporting and analytics.
