Direct Hire
$40-46,000/year plus benefits
This position will be extremely employee facing and will lead employee relations, training/coaching, recruiting, payroll and cultural initiatives.
Someone who enjoys work in a fast-paced environment will be best fit for this position.
This is an energetic and team-oriented company.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years' experience in HR
- Proficient in MS Excel
- 10-key skills
- Ability to partner successfully with Corporate and Plant executive leadership
- Be the "face of HR" to staff in 2nd shift manufacturing environment
- Ability to speak and write in fluent Spanish
- Ability to work fully on site
