What we wish to do

• Our client would like to embark on a holistic site quality culture transformation initiative to drive a sustainable quality mindset and capabilities
• Enhance culture, and people practices and address system gaps to enable "all-time inspection readiness' of the site.

What we wish to achieve

• Institutionalize culture transformation and continuous improvement to ensure changes 'stick' and provide sustained program management and effectiveness check support
• Strengthen people capability and ways of working: e.g., Gamba Walkthroughs, Data Integrity, Site Team Readiness, Robust Investigations, to enable "all-time' inspection readiness at the sites
• Reduce operational complexity
• Targeted improvement of quality systems: e.g., Manufacturing Controls, to identify and implement additional improvements, as needed
