Summer Elementary Behavior CoachGENERAL INFORMATIONTitle: Summer - Behavior CoachDepartment: C&ISalary Grade: $26.00 Per hourFLSA Status: N/ASite/Location: HES, LES, TCM, PESReports to: Coordinator of Extended LearningDate: 03/15/2024POSITION SUMMARY The Summer Behavior Coach will collaborate with administration and staff members in effecting positive behavior change in students by making weekly classroom observations, developing interventions, utilizing/providing PBIS and division resources, providing pre-camp training and weekly feedback directly with teaching staff based on observations, connecting the school/home/community in designing positive behavior support plans and working with staff to track specific student behavioral data.
