Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Payroll Operation. Review employee’s timesheet data. Calculate and enter payroll data to the system
accurately.
Responsible for day to day HR administration for the regional headquarters office and support all
other work locations.
Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including changes in tax status, deductions and
personal information.
Stay up-to-date with federal, state and local payroll tax laws and regulations.
Responsible for payroll reports, annual audits and compliance reviews.
Develop, update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Compile and analyze HR data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or relevant experience(especially payroll) preferred
Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Adherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality
Strong sense of integrity
Computer skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
Excellent communication skills
Team player and willing to take on new responsibilities as needed
