Hr Payroll Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 Payroll Operation. Review employee’s timesheet data. Calculate and enter payroll data to the system
accurately.
 Responsible for day to day HR administration for the regional headquarters office and support all
other work locations.
 Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including changes in tax status, deductions and
personal information.
 Stay up-to-date with federal, state and local payroll tax laws and regulations.
 Responsible for payroll reports, annual audits and compliance reviews.
 Develop, update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
 Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
 Compile and analyze HR data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
 Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
 Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
 Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or relevant experience(especially payroll) preferred
 Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
 Adherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality
 Strong sense of integrity
 Computer skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
 Excellent communication skills
 Team player and willing to take on new responsibilities as needed
