- HR Administration: Execute day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, maintain HRIS, and facilitating the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Payroll Processing: Coordinate and process payroll activities accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies. Respond to ad hoc reporting and timekeeping requests.
- Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, provide information to employees, and assist with benefit-related inquiries. Main point of contact for company’s external Benefits Administrators.
- Bilingual Support: Serve as a bridge between our English and Spanish speaking employees, facilitating effective communication and understanding across the organization.
- Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure HR, payroll, and benefits processes are in compliance.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
