About the role:

We're growing! Join our dynamic HR team as a Sr. HR Operations Specialist! The Sr. HR Operations Specialist will share in our global mindset and drive our HR processes with our cross-functional teams. These individuals drive operational excellence in our day-to-day HR processes and continuously seek out ways to improve our client service interactions. Icertis is building for greatness, and we need a Sr. HR Operations Specialist who can help drive our highest HR value initiatives. 
This position will be based at our Bellevue, WA HQ office working in a hybrid environment. The Sr. HR Operations Specialist will be required to work from the Bellevue, WA office at least 2 times a week. 

What you will do:
    • Effectively manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee records management, transfers, promotions, and offboarding. 
    • Ensure a best-in-class employee experience through demonstrating FORTE. 
    • Handle inquiries from employees related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters. 
    • Ensure hiring managers and new hires complete respective checklists and onboarding requirements (new hire checklists, onboarding plans, I-9, and other onboarding paperwork). 
    • Schedule required orientations for new hires and facilitate HR orientation. 
    • Send new hire kit. 
    • Partner with HR COEs and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of workflow, processes, and deliverables. 
    • Support HR audits and maintain recordkeeping compliance (personnel files, medical files, etc.). 
    • Maintain up-to-date data in HRIS by accurate data entry, data processing, and data correction. 
    • Generate regular reports to support HR analysis and metrics. 
    • Support implementation, testing, and adoption of new HRIS tool. 
    • Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and improve operational efficiency. 
    • Participate in continuous improvement projects related to HR operations. 
    • Update/maintain HR policies and procedures, as required. 
    • Stay up to date with U.S. labor laws and regulations to ensure HR processes and policies are aligned with legal requirements. 
    • Support Employee Engagement activities and social events. 
    • Support front desk office management activities, as needed. 
What you will bring:
    • 3+ years of HR operations experience; experience in other HR COE areas a plus! 
    • Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 
    • a PHR or PHR certification highly preferred. 
    • High volume end-to-end employee lifecycle experience. 
    • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment with an agile mindset and ability to problem-solve is highly desirable. 
    • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and handle confidential information and conversations appropriately and with care.  
    • Time Management, prioritization, organizational skills, attentiveness, and keen attention to detail. 
    • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with partner counterparts and internal team members. 
    • A strong team player - comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. 
$30 - $45 an hour
Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus target and an equity component is included in the compensation package.
