Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team, focusing on managing healthcare operations and executing sales and outreach strategies targeted at self-funded employers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with specific experience in healthcare benefits management, and a proven track record in sales or business development within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective outreach and sales strategies to engage self-funded employers, showcasing the value of Movemint Health's RTM software and digital PT clinic services.
  • Manage relationships with HR departments and key decision-makers within self-funded employer groups, understanding their Healthcare Spend challenges and proposing customized solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in healthcare benefits for self-funded employers.
  • Collaborate with the Movemint Health team to tailor presentations and proposals that meet the specific needs of potential clients.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of the HR and healthcare benefits management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on sales progress and Healthcare Spend savings for clients, using data to drive strategy adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a Focus on Healthcare benefits management, ideally within self-funded employer settings.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, self-funded health plans, and digital health solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining close collaboration with the team.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
