Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team, focusing on managing healthcare operations and executing sales and outreach strategies targeted at self-funded employers. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective outreach and sales strategies to engage self-funded employers, showcasing the value of Movemint Health's RTM software and digital PT clinic services.
- Manage relationships with HR departments and key decision-makers within self-funded employer groups, understanding their Healthcare Spend challenges and proposing customized solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in healthcare benefits for self-funded employers.
- Collaborate with the Movemint Health team to tailor presentations and proposals that meet the specific needs of potential clients.
- Oversee the operational aspects of the HR and healthcare benefits management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on sales progress and Healthcare Spend savings for clients, using data to drive strategy adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a Focus on Healthcare benefits management, ideally within self-funded employer settings.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, self-funded health plans, and digital health solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
