With over 15 years of proven success leading a growing fiber optic industry, ALLO is in a unique position, developing an HR team to support the current and growing ALLO team. We're looking for a passionate teammate who's excited to lead Onboarding with a goal of delivering a positive and engaging first day at ALLO. HR Coordinators play a critical role in supporting every ALLO teammates through delivering exceptional, hassle-free service and support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact daily with teammates to deliver world class, hassle-free HR service and support
• Oversee new hire onboarding including:
  
  • Create a great first impression for new ALLO teammates
  • Conduct pre-hire communications
  • Provide high quality communications to new hires during and immediately following orientation.
• Support the rollout and execution of human resource projects and new initiatives including but not limited to:
  
  • Onboarding process improvements
  • Engagement initiatives and events
  • Random drug screening program
• Partner with ALLO IT to ensure that all new hire hardware and software needs are being answered during the onboarding process.
• Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to create continual improvements of the business area and services performed.
• Maintain human resources information system records.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

• College degree or commensurate experience.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1-2 years HR experience preferred but not required.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

• Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
• Ability to work effectively under critical time pressures and maintain an appropriate sense of urgency.
• Passionate about helping the team achieve success and improve the ALLO employee experience.
• Ability to navigate the gray and adapt to changing work assignments.
• Customer focused; all teammates are the internal customers.

• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods
