Position Overview:
We are in search of an experienced Part-Time HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing and administering the everyday HR processes of our clients. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of industries, corporate cultures, and HR functions, making each day dynamic and fulfilling.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize everyday HR processes for our clients, including payroll processing, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance management.
- Serve as a dedicated HR partner to our clients, ensuring that their HR needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Stay abreast of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR activities.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with their business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to clients on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
- Act as a liaison between clients and third-party vendors, ensuring that HR-related services are delivered seamlessly.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of human resource management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in payroll processing software and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
