Learning & Development
Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design effective training solutions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation, creativity, and professional growth.
Conduct regular performance reviews and support the career development of team members.
Mentoring and Development
Mentor HR team members, sharing expertise in all aspects of HR support.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the HR team.
Support individual career development plans for team members.
Strategic HR Support
Work closely with operational leaders to understand business goals and align HR strategies accordingly.
Provide strategic HR advice and support on a range of issues, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement
Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
Collaborate with various departments to address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in employee relations, interviewing, training and development, labor and employment law recommended.
- 3+ years in Human Resource experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field an/or Experience equivalent
- Proven experience as an HR Manager with a focus on Learning & Development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and current trends in learning and development.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
