Job Description
Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the HR team, fostering their development.
- Partner with various departments and levels of management to address HR-related matters
- Oversee recruitment processes and participate in interviews as needed
- Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the Director of HR and work toward future career advancement
- Train new HR staff to support the team's growth
- Coordinate company culture initiatives and events to maintain a positive workplace
- Support the organization's expansion by overseeing staffing for new facilities
- Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, and OSHAS 18001 certification requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager
- Bachelor's degree - Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing a team of at least 3
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a must
- Proficiency in supporting 24/7 operations, with no work hours outside of shifts
- Strong leadership skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to engage with the community and represent the company well
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and familiarity with laws and regulations such as EEO, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA.
- Willingness to obtain HR certifications is preferred
- Familiarity with ADP is highly preferred
