Our Senior People Experience Partner (PXP) is our JLL-at-GREF HR Team Lead for the Americas region and strengthens employee purpose, ignites energy & elevates our JLL @Amazon GREF client organization AMER-wide performance by activating, facilitating & enhancing moments that matter.
This role reports to the Global Senior People Partner and is accountable for activating HR products & services that enrich the lives of JLL employees whilst working with our AMER Business Leadership & HR leaders to facilitate the employee experience by coaching managers on the moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle.
You'll use your Business acumen, HR expertise & local knowledge to enable Business, Client & HR priorities. In this role you can expect to dive deep, surface insights, & influence HR Service Delivery & HR/Talent COEs to improve so that we enhance moments that matter unleashing our talent to do their best work. In addition, you'll lead (directly and indirectly) a team of HR, L&D and Talent professions across the region to enable a exceptional employee experience for a headcount of c. 800 FTEs.
Functional Knowledge
  • Working with the Global Snr. People Partner and AMER Account Director, develop and execute a comprehensive People Strategy across the Americas region (includes NAMER, LATAM, Canada), with a focus on diversity, and ensure alignment with the regional HR Leadership and broader JLL vision, including its current and long-term global and local business objectives.
  • Activate and facilitate JLL's global and regional policies, processes, and tools that support moments that matter across a team member's experience to include Hiring; Onboarding; Performance Review; Performance Management; Promotion; Etc.
  • Lead and coordinate the regional talent Management cyclical activities including Goal Setting, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Year-End & Compensation Planning
  • Lead, inspire and develop a team of account dedicated HR, L&D, Advisory and Coordination Specialists across AMER to deliver our client account People Strategy.
  • Understand the business and client priorities of business leadership and management team, including the business strategy, P&L.
  • Deliver the people aspects of the regional business planning, articulate insights to business leaders about HR risks and implications of key business activities, and provide commercially sound solutions to support the business objectives.
  • Serve as a key contributor to the AMER account executive team, forging strong relationships with senior executives, providing leadership and management coaching as required. Communicate with a high level of impact and strong influencing and collaborating skills.
  • Lead on HR and People updates in our monthly and quarterly AMER JLL @ Amazon GREF account leadership and client facing business reviews, presenting key achievements, performance against our account People-KPIs and SLAs (e.g. retention, enhancing DEIB) challenges and projected people priorities to our executive team and client team.
  • Use industry trends, best practices and diagnose the impact of external environment to inform decisions related to setting strategy.
  • Support the growth and organizational optimization/rightsizing strategy across the region, including M&A, of the business by providing expertise during bid, acquisition, and restructuring.
  • Identify and recommend efficiencies in the employee life cycle - using touchpoints and hand offs to other People Solutions and Experience stakeholders.
  • Partner with centers of excellence/HR product owners to define the talent and reward strategies to help drive business performance and growth through effective talent management, performance, engagement and reward plans, with a focus on enhancing inclusion, developing diverse talent across the region.
  • Ensuring the talent sourcing strategy provides a pipeline of high-quality candidates to the business.
  • Partner the Employee Relations CoE by triaging and investigating high risk / Tier 3 employee relations issues.
  • Communicate a clear, accurate understanding of HR analytics (e.g., global engagement survey, succession metrics, turnover, demographics, KPI performance) for the account and provide strategic direction on how to use them to grow the business, deliver results and drive continuous improvement.
  • Drive a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes a sense of belonging & value where every voice is heard.
  • Partner with HR Product colleagues to create and deliver best in class HR resources, processes and overall experiences in region.
  • Support the wider HR leadership team on transformation projects of varying scope.

Estimated compensation for this position is:
120,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
