The Novelis Global HRIS team located in Atlanta is seeking an HRIS Intern, who will be privy to gaining relevant experience and hands-on work under the Global HRIS Lead.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for learning and understanding the Compensation Team's needs, identifying technology gaps, providing ideas on ways to improve the compensation systems, and assisting with gathering and documenting systems requirements. This position will contribute to the optimization of compensation processes and technology solutions to improve the users' experience around compensation planning.

- Learn about the compensation systems and integrations to contribute to the processes and systems improvements.
- Collaborate with compensation teams across different regions to understand their needs and assist in gathering system requirements.
- Document compensation processes and workflows to support the identification of gaps and systems optimization.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem solving
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HR software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HR processes.
