Job Title: HR Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst 1
Location: Corporate Satellite Office – Meridian, Idaho
Starting Salary: $58,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary
Work Environment: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote), Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm*
                                            (*Flexibility to adjust scheduled work hours can be approved with manager)

Job Summary:
The HR Information Systems Analyst provides analytical and functional support for the HR, payroll, and time and attendance systems within Woodgrain. This position is an entry-level analyst position and will assist with helping to implement best practice processes and enhancements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Research, design, conduct data analysis and analyze compensation solutions to ensure internal alignment and external competitiveness across the company and compliance with applicable regulatory agencies.
Perform basic functional configurations in the HR and Payroll system to include UKG, SuccessFactors, Workforce, and other HRIS platforms.
Provide assistance during system implementation and enhancement projects.
Do testing and configuring as assigned in a detailed and timely manner to support the HRIS Analyst 2 project implementations.
Help to solve system issues using troubleshooting, problem-solving, and referencing resources (user guides, higher level support, etc.)
Collaborate and work closely to support the business users in HR, Payroll, and Benefits in an effort to improve productivity and efficiency of the processes within the HRIS technology.
Be able to communicate and coordinate through both in-person and virtual platforms. 
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Must have strong analytical and be able to learn processes quickly.
Previous experience in a similar role working with an HRIS platform is strongly desired. 
Additional Skills:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written. 
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
* Ability to work efficiently with team members from different geographical locations and expertise backgrounds. * Ability to work effectively and independently on assigned projects with minimal supervision.
* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred. 
Physical Demands:
The physical demands and work environment are representative of a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds. 
Travel: This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
