Job Title: HR Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst 1
Location: Corporate Satellite Office – Meridian, Idaho
Starting Salary: $58,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salary
Work Environment: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote), Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm*
(*Flexibility to adjust scheduled work hours can be approved with manager)

Job Summary:
The HR Information Systems Analyst provides analytical and functional support for the HR, payroll, and time and attendance systems within Woodgrain. This position is an entry-level analyst position and will assist with helping to implement best practice processes and enhancements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Research, design, conduct data analysis and analyze compensation solutions to ensure internal alignment and external competitiveness across the company and compliance with applicable regulatory agencies.
* Perform basic functional configurations in the HR and Payroll system to include UKG, SuccessFactors, Workforce, and other HRIS platforms.
* Provide assistance during system implementation and enhancement projects.
* Do testing and configuring as assigned in a detailed and timely manner to support the HRIS Analyst 2 project implementations.
* Help to solve system issues using troubleshooting, problem-solving, and referencing resources (user guides, higher level support, etc.)
* Collaborate and work closely to support the business users in HR, Payroll, and Benefits in an effort to improve productivity and efficiency of the processes within the HRIS technology.
* Be able to communicate and coordinate through both in-person and virtual platforms.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
* Must have strong analytical and be able to learn processes quickly.
* Previous experience in a similar role working with an HRIS platform is strongly desired.
Additional Skills:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
* Ability to work efficiently with team members from different geographical locations and expertise backgrounds. * Ability to work effectively and independently on assigned projects with minimal supervision.
* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional languages preferred.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands and work environment are representative of a typical office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Travel: This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
