We are Hiring an HR Generalist!

Location: Rochester Hills, MI

Pay Rate: $26.00-32.00/hr Depending On Experience

Work Type: Hybrid - in office / work from home

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday - Full Time

Essential Job Functions:

• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• New hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave
• Disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations
• Performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and moral
• Occupational health and safety
• Training and development.
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Benefits administration to include;
• Claims resolution
• Change reporting
• Approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees.
• Monitor leave of absences
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations

Qualification / Skills:

• 3 + years of HR Generalist experience
• SPHR CP Certification desired
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field desired
• Benefits administration
• Reporting for 401K & other Benefits management
• Onboarding new employees
• New Hire paperwork - I9's, W2's etc.
• HRE Policies and Compliance
• Cloud based database experience - CRM/HRMS
