Hr Generalist Nashville Hybrid

Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of decorative and functional building products. Our Nashville branch, where we do business as Warren Brothers Sash and Door, is our largest and sells primarily millwork products. We are experiencing exceptional growth, and as a result, we are looking for an HR Generalist to help with full-scope responsibilities, with a focus on recruiting and hiring.
Position: We are hiring an HR Generalist to provide overall human resources support to the branch, with a specific focus on recruiting and hiring.

Your Day-to-Day: to excel in this role, you will need to...

• Manage branch HR functions, to include full-cycle recruiting, with a mix of in-person, remote work, and occasional travel.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct regular job market analyses to stay abreast of industry trends and ensure competitiveness in attracting top talent.
• Foster positive candidate experiences by ensuring clear communication and a streamlined recruitment process.
• Administer and enhance onboarding processes to integrate new hires seamlessly into the organization.
• Aid in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work culture.
• Supply HR support in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
