$21-29 per hour
Full-time hours | Mon-Fri
In Office | Cranston, RI
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of payroll, specifically ADP.
- 2 to 3 years’ general or varying HR experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain appropriate information in the systems of record and hardcopy employee files for all sites.
- Run reports as necessary.
- Compensation; make appropriate timely changes in the system of record when appropriate.
- Benefits; communicate to new employees eligibility date and coordinate enrollment with employees and benefit providers.
- Add / Delete employees on benefits portal and assist with open enrollment.
- Bonus / Performance Recognition; support Director of HR with any relevant tactical maintenance of records.
- Maintain PTO records for all employees.
- Post open positions on appropriate websites.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and follow-up with hiring manage and candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding with new hires.
- Conduct some pre-screen calls as appropriate.
- Enter new hires into the payroll system of record .
- Process payroll for LLCs.
- Provide support and back-up to payroll associate.
- Track and maintain records, administrative support, coordinate events.
