Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for the day-to-day HR operations, overseen by the VP of HR, to ensure the efficient management of payroll, benefits, and leave programs.
- Conduct comprehensive and empathetic employee investigations, exhibiting sensitivity towards the unique trials faced by healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with department managers to conduct constructive performance evaluations, acknowledging and commemorating the contributions of our dedicated healthcare professionals.
- Enforce company policies and practices with compassion and comprehension, fostering a culture characterized by mutual respect and collaboration.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field is a required qualification, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence in HR practices.
- 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a healthcare setting, highlighting the ability to navigate the complexities of HR in a hospital environment.
- Possession of SHRM-CP certification is preferred, as it showcases a dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
- Hold a valid driver's license, as occasional travel may be required for work-related purposes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential to effortlessly build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals at all levels.
- Proactive in identifying and addressing issues, consistently displaying empathy and understanding in challenging situations.
- Skilled in presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset is necessary, capable of working seamlessly with external service providers to ensure our healthcare staff receives the highest level of support.
