Roles and Responsibility
Support current and future business need through the development, engagement, and preservation of human capital.
Managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Develop training materials and performance management programs to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research.
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
Establish an orientation procedure for onboarding new hires and training them to meet the needs of the company.
Communicate with employees about compensation, payroll, benefits, and other facets of their employment practices.
Approve and schedule PTO and sick leave based on employees needs and company requirements.
Manage and implement a performance appraisal system (KPI) that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process and support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation, of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization including Expat management.
Requirement and Qualification
Degree in Human Resources or related field
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Supervisor.
People-oriented and results-driven.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
In depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
