Compensation:Approximately $90,500-$113,000 annually. All individual pay rates are calculated based on the candidate's experience and internal equity.

This job exists to: Maintain and enhance the organization's human resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices that drive organizational Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) goals. Provide the daily oversight and systemization of the functioning of the team to ensure highly effective and competent human resource administration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides leadership, guidance and the day-to-day management of the HR, Recruitment and Benefits teams to develop an inclusive, reliable, and high functioning HR team that effectively partners with employees at all levels.
  • Takes a data-driven approach to recommend new initiatives, as well as evaluate current HR programs to identify areas of improvement with the goal of creating a better employee experience; Leading major HR projects, serving as project sponsor for various strategic plan goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees and management to foster understanding and promote respect for diverse perspectives.
  • In partnership with CHRO, manages the design and implementation of Clinica's compensation program; monitoring salary structures utilizing internal and external market comparisons to ensure fair and equitable pay practices that are adhered to and in alignment with organizational and HR department strategy.

  • Researches compensation statistics and analyzes complex data to provide sustainable, forward-thinking recommendations to CHRO and broader executive leadership.
  • Utilizes data to propose process improvements to proactive and sustainable recruiting strategies, sourcing and attracting talent across all levels of the organization.
  • Drives a high performing recruitment team by developing methods for tracking and measuring department performance and organizational outcomes.
  • Builds organizational strategy for culturally appropriate benefit programs through research and analysis of benefit trends.
  • Promotes an inclusive & belonging approach and focuses on removing barriers and empowering growth and opportunity for team members at all levels.
  • Leads HR & Employee Development Manager in developing continuous learning and leadership training programs for all staff; identifies, designs, and implements all learning and development activity, including training needs analysis, learning and development plans, effective use of training resources, accreditation process, flexible/blended learning paths, evaluation, audit and monitoring of programs.
  • Represents human resources on various committees including JEDI, Quality Assurance, Incident Review Committee, HIPAA Incident Review Committee, and other committees and workgroups on an ad hoc basis.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serves as leader and role model for HR department and organization.
  • Leads committees and facilitates meetings as needed.
  • Ensures a positive partnership between HR team and all departments within the organization as well as external customers.
  • Communicates suggestions and trends around human resources which directly affect organizational culture, finances and strategic plans.

  • Maintain a safe work environment:
  • Implement, review, apply and actively enforce the clinic's safety policies.
  • Support the safety program by actively looking for opportunities to improve safety practices and evaluate staff for safety practices and ergonomic issues.
  • Compliance:
  • Knowledgeable of and compliant with all laws and regulations governing area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for reporting any potentially non-compliant conduct.
  • Cooperates fully with our Compliance Director in upholding our Compliance Plan.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Education / Experience
  2. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  3. Eight (8) years Human Resources experience.
  4. Four (4) years of management or leadership experience preferred.
  5. PHR or SPHR or other relevant certification preferred.
  6. HRIS/Payroll and ATS systems expertise; both user-end and back-end system build experience.
  7. Comprehensive knowledge of business financials, analytics, planning and leadership skills. Project Management and multiple system implementation experience.
  8. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, with experience in building out reporting.
  9. Knowledge, skills and abilities:
  10. Establishes/maintains effective relationships with staff at all levels.
  11. High ethical standards and an appropriate professional demeanor.
  12. Serves as a resource to Executive Staff, Directors, Providers, Managers and staff.
  13. Ability to handle stress-related to tense employee situations.
  14. Excellent understanding of and respect for the body of knowledge and the laws and regulations related to Human Resources.
  15. Excellent hospitality and customer service.
