We are looking for an enthusiastic Operation Leader to join our team.

Your Impact:
* Managing and Developing a team of 30+
* Collaborate with the Owner/Operator to create and implement new policies/procedures
* Manage systems and maintaining a work environment that ensures food safety, restaurant safety and customer and team member experience.
* Providing high quality customer service and satisfaction
* Reporting directly to the Owner/Operator to discuss the current/future state of the store

Requirements/Responsibilities

The Director is responsible for:
* Opening or closing the store
* Directing the daily operations of a quick-service restaurant in respective role (FOH, BOH or Drive Thru)
* Ensuring that food safety and quality assurance standards are met
* Ensuring compliance and accountability with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability.
* Leading a team of 30-50 team members
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and time management in addition to:
* Bachelor's Degree Preferred
* 2+ years of Leadership Experience
* Exceptional organizational skills to manage an operation with many moving parts and people
* Passion for Chick-fil-A values
* Open availability
Director role is a full time opportunity and offer excellent benefits.
Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: general manager, catering manager, operations manager, supervisor, shift lead, Restaurant assistant general manager or other restaurant job at Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger.
