The HR Data & Process Analyst I is responsible for support of the Team Member and Leader Self Service system.

A day in the life of a HR Data & Process Analyst I at Hackensack Meridian Health includes:

• Processes Leader Self Services (LSS) transactions in accordance with Human Resources policies and communicates with department managers when necessary.
• Follows data integrity protocols between HR, Payroll, and IT.
• Participates in system testing including enhancements, updates, and changes.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
• Willingness and ability to adjust to multiple tasks and demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
• Strong process management, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Proficient Microsoft Office computer skills.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

• PeopleSoft experience.
• Human Resources experience.
