Job Description
An automotive OEM manufacturer is currently searching for HR Coordinators to join their facility by the greater Parkersburg, WV area. The HR Coordinators will assist in the HRIS process which includes timekeeping and payroll. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of HR experience in coordinating compensation and benefits with focus on HRIS adminstration. This is a full-time, direct hire position.
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Utilize HRIS database to compile candidates' information, organizing files and data while assisting with office/clerical duties.
- Assist in HR policies guidance and interpretation.
- Monitor and help manage the personnel administration for PTO, sick leave, medical reimbursement, etc.
- Work with HR managers regarding benefits administration and HRIS management.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
HR Coordinator Requirements:
- College Degree (Associate's or higher) in accounting/human resources/ or related business studies (desired)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Prior experience with payroll, timekeeping and benefits administration (preferred).
- Organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
