As our HR Generalist, you'll:
- Champion our clients' satisfaction with every interaction. We're serious about making their day, every day. Assist in all facets of our clients' HR operations, from performance reviews, employee onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, and everything in-between
- - including payroll.
- Stay ahead of the curve on HR legislation and impart expert guidance to clients for compliance.
- Conduct meticulous audits and recommend strategic corrective actions.
- Drive client recruitment efforts, from job postings to candidate screening and interviews.
- Navigate benefit program administration with precision, ensuring seamless enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Sales and Operations to guarantee client delight.
- Must be available to support clients between the hours of 11am-8pm Eastern.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent.

Base Salary: $48,000 - $62,000 per year plus quarterly revenue share
